  September 22, 2023 - Drank over 3 days. the wine is cloudy. Smells nice with some white fruit, minerality and saltiness. I like the freshness on the palate. there is a small element in it that I can't identify but also don't like. Something chemical. The aftertaste is long, fresh and tasty
