  September 24, 2023 - With some well seasoned ribeyes on the grill the desire for some hedonism was calling. Lately I've been on the fence dedicating cellar space to these wines but every now and again you just need the kind of fix that the True Vineyard can deliver.
  
  2019 is pretty a exceptional bottling of the Immigrant. I would argue one of the best vintages at this stage. My last bottle was over a year ago and this has rounded out nicely. Silky, yet gripping tannins awash with a long finish. Layers of balanced blue fruited goodness that pushes the boundary of being over the top but somehow manages to toe the line.

  9/24/23, 6:35 PM - Great review! I plan to open a 2019 true vineyard cab in a couple weeks to see how it is at this early stage. Had the 2016 immigrant a few weeks ago, and it was so balanced, fruit forward, and complex, and a top wine of the night against stacked competition at the wine storage social event.
