September 26, 2023 - The most reductive in the market I am being told. They really don't use that much Pinot Meunier because they say its no aging well. It macerated. They cut the heads and tails off. So I guess its a Coeur de Cuvee, base vintage 2014 and lees aged for six years. Soft strawberry fruit to the nose, but also crisp and creamy on the mid palate.

11/24/23, 1:24 PM - Most reductive? That's interesting and good to know. Does that mean it's going to age longer due to that style?
