  September 27, 2023 - A very solid all rounder. Full on Apple feel, polished and round , very light yeasty side and dominated for sure but rich apple notes at times those bruised apple notes we associate with Blanc de Blancs ( this is not a BdB ) . Very pretty albeit lacked precision. 90
