  October 1, 2023 - This smells like a hot buttered waffle that has been doused with Pearl Milling Company syrup (formally known as Aunt Jemima syrup), cinnamon sugar coated pecans, mint and lime. On the palate this tastes like thick molasses, and citrus. This has the flavor/aroma complexity of a 35 year old Madeira.
