  October 1, 2023 - Lovely nose / real Bordeaux US mix
  Not a rich, silky extravagant US cab but also no green pepper French number.
  Has grippy tannins, a lean profile with good acidic line. Slightly spikey in some ways but lively and enjoyable - good fruit still
  I wonder how it will age as could soften up a little certainly which may improve enjoyment.
