Community Tasting Note

October 4, 2023 - Pretty robust mouthfeel, but has a nice acidic flare on the front that fades nicely into the background. Watermelon, strawberry and pomegranate and a little bit of melon in the middle fading to the rear. Mouthfeel was a little more robust than the palate. I can definitely say that I think this is certainly worth the QPR. I've paid twice as much for a wine that delivers 50% of what this one delivers.

10/13/23, 6:52 PM - doesnt that just make the other wine overpriced? roses are usually 15 to 25. maybe 30 to 35 for premium and 7 to 10 on the lower spectrum.

10/13/23, 8:19 PM - I've seen rosé Go from $6 a bottle to $300 per bottle. Some of the very interesting West Coast Rosé fetch $100+ easily. Are those overpriced compared to the $50 bottle or the $6 bottle or the $300 bottle? I guess ultimately that's in the eyes of whoever buys what at what cost. I can tell you that I have never had a bottle of $50 plus rosé that has justified the price. So, take that for what it's worth.

10/13/23, 8:36 PM - thanks for your thought out response. much appreciated. you clearly have experience tasting a wider variety, at higher price points then i was aware even existed for rose. i wish the cellar tracker gave the ability to delete the original comment.

your note was an excellent one. as you personally requested, i will not ever comment again on your tasting notes. apologies for the original comment in the first place. no offense was intended.

only stumbled on this one due to the excellent note you wrote on the aubert park ave. was trying to decide on a wine to take to a birthday dinner. thanks for tn.
