  October 7, 2023 - Pale to medium gold colour. Golden apple and quince on the nose, as some, some spiciness of vanilla and cinnamon, some bitter almond element, a touch of candied lemon peel. Bitterness is more clear on the taste, toasted cereal, fresh quince and apple. Medium body, dry, high acid. VG Reserva Cava.
