  September 29, 2023 - On the nose- Big citrus tones, bready notes, brioche bun, bright ginger, yellow apple, pine nut, almond, biscuit, white flowers.
  
  On the palate- Big citrus and bready notes, brioche bun and bright ginger, yellow apple and pine nut, almond and biscuit with a hint of white flowers on the finish. This is a very solid bottle of Champagne and it is drinking well right now.
