  October 13, 2023 - Slight fade to orange at rim, dark cherry core. Floral red fruit nose. Bright red fruit on the palate. Overall this is a bit awkward and forward - fruit and booze (15.5% ABV%!) with moderate acidity but without the tannic structure to tie it all together. Fared well in the bottle over a few days. This has outlived Galloni’s “drink in the near term” assessment but won’t, I think, ever develop complex tertiary characteristics due to its modern nature. Pour ‘em if you’ve got ‘em.
