  June 11, 2022 - This was a forgotten bottle I had and brought it to a champagne tasting, just for fun. It surprised all of us. First time I've had a Cava with maturity tones. Too long ago that I tasted this though, since I am writing this autumn 2023 and we drank it in the summer of 2022. But it was a fun tasting and I remember still how surprised we were.
