  October 22, 2023 - Smells like apple and integrated oak, maybe some floral notes in there as well.
  Harmonious wine, everything in place and the acidity provides good lift.
  Not extremely complex.
  
  We had this wine with pumpkin and mushroom pasta. I had the feeling that there is some residual sugar that made the wine taste sweet when pairing it with food. I did not like that at all.
