  This was excellent, with a nose of cherries and spice, with a palate full of cranberry, cherry and raspberry, with just a hint of earth. Silky texture that gets even better with air. Polished and generous, with no sharp edges whatsoever.
  
  More than held its own against A5 Wagyu.
