  October 30, 2023 - medium lemon. Very aromatic, with nose of licorice/fennel/ginger, Meyer lemon, Asian pear, sea salt, dried white flowers. Acids are bright and vibrant, but there is some viscosity here which gives the wine an Alsatian feel. Great length and mouthfeel.
