  November 3, 2023 - Excellent expression of clean “ouillié” Jura Savagnin. Harmony of stone fruit, slight spiciness, minerality and matchstick. Medium bodied, a bit viscous with accompanying sweetness, everything well balanced by the stiff acidity. Long and fruity finish. I guess it’s the perfect moment to drink it.
