  November 3, 2023 - This is such an underrated wine in Rochioli's portfolio. The noise is so pretty, with floral notes (violets maybe?) and juicy tropical fruits and melon (honey dew?). Still vibrant, but I would drink this sooner rather than later. This would be a perfect pairing with a summer salad with strawberries or proscuitto-wrapped tuscan melon, but the clean freshness made it a great pairing with charred octopus and sushi as well.
