  November 11, 2023 - We still love this wine, but, over the years of aging, there has been a slight change. This was a 2011 vintage that always drank just fine.
  Several years ago, we could open the bottle and serve right away.
  Now, it needs a little while to open up. Did not decant. Just opened the bottle and poured a small amount into the glass to periodically taste. A bit of a warning. It was not tasting all that good straight out of the bottle. But it evolved after about a half hour. And, as always, a simply wonderful, extremely drinkable wine.
