  November 11, 2023 - Pale lemon, nose of peach, pear, apricot, apple, lemon, lime, smoke, toast & honey. Nice weight and mouthfeel, strong acidity. To taste lemon, lime, apple, pear, honey, smoke, toast, nuts & wet stone. Long. Outstanding. Superb balance with subtle but intense flavours and complexity that seemed to keep building. Fabulous now but more to come if you can wait.
