November 11, 2023 - Classic Selosse with an oxidative nose, honey color in glass, and hints of almonds, fig and minerality. I would not have pegged this as 100% pinot. Although I preferred the Substance tasted earlier this year, Selosse in general is still one of the benchmarks of champagne.
