November 14, 2023 - Healthy color. Certainly in full maturity but well worth drinking. This was never an excellent or (relatively) high acid/mineral vintage and now course it has a rounder profile. A good match for panko air fried cod, and enjoyed as leftovers with a vegetable stir fry.
