  November 13, 2023 - Approachable at this young age with 30 min - 1 hour decant. Nose initially muted but then slowly revealing black and blue fruit: blackberries, blueberries and cherries with pronounced vanilla and hint of licorice reduction, mocha and cocoa and tobacco. Palate is full bodied with sweet black and blue fruit extraction, dusty potent tannins and background adequate acidity. Finish is medium. Should improve a bit with age in the bottle. Crowd pleaser. 92-93 pts for now.
