  November 17, 2023 - Pulled this on a whim. Heavy sediment from laying on its side. If pulling this to drink I recommend standing up for 12-24 hours to let it settle. Even with a 2 hour double decant, still a touch hot. Best sips were the last.
  
  Blue/dark fruit nose, chocolate shavings, cassis. Thoroughly enjoyable, still have one bottle left.
