  November 18, 2023 - Pop and pour. Fabulous aromatics upon opening and singing from the first sip. Evolved ever so slightly over the next two hours. Well balanced with a refreshing spine of refined succulent acidity, a tiny bit more than medium bodied, nicely integrated with wonderful complexity, including notes of leather and hints of cigar box. Maintains its amplitude and elegance through its lengthy and beckoning finish. Doesn't hurt that it's also flat out delicious.
