  November 18, 2023 - At the Pressoir Rayas dinner, in a flight of 07, 08, and 10 Rayas Reserve, this was the star, and perhaps will eventually be the best wine of the evening but it remains dense and slightly impenetrable though bursting with fruit and spice. If you were smart enough to buy this on release, hide it in the back of your cellar for another ten years and you will have something truly special.
