  11/20/23, 9:44 AM - Lars! It is vodka pasta. Pancetta, onions, garlic, red chili fried together. Then add 1-2 dl vodka and let it boil in. Then add canned tomatoes. Let it soak together a while. Salt and pepper, maybe some balsamico. Then stir together with penne pasta. Lively and goes great together with with brunello, barolo or chianti.
