  November 19, 2023 - In the zone - the nose revealing bright, red-fruit notes of dried cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate, coupled with smoke and, with time, a hint of cedar and chocolate. Compared to the last bottle opened 1.5 years ago, this was more open and accessible immediately, though not quite as powerful and notably more red-fruited. Gained weight and depth with 2-3 hours of air, and featuring the same flavors on the palate. Notable acidic spine is present through the long finish. A great value!
