November 20, 2023 - Ridiculously good, secondary with hitting just a bit of tertiary magic. Classic Burgundian in style with obvious extract and gobs of great material- sous bois, beef stock/meat juices, etc. Slightly chewy tannins. Hitting a sweet spot, for sure and no rush.
