November 20, 2023 - Finishing the remnants of Friday’s bottle. Gorgeous bouquet of black and blue fruit, pepper, incense and roasted game. Full-bodied, with flavors of black fruit, spice and bacon. Long finish dominated by bacon and white pepper.

11/21/23, 7:22 AM - I've only had it one other time- the 2019, and the two vintages compare very favorably with nearly identical profiles. If two bottles can be considered representative, this is right in my wheelhouse for domestic syrah. I may have to get on this list.

11/21/23, 7:37 AM - I loved both the ‘18 and ‘19 so glad to know that ‘20 is similar. Torrin has some other great wines too—I’m trying to cut back on lists but that is one I will keep.
