December 1, 2023 - Decanted for some fine sediment. Was worried for the first 10 minutes, nose was a little muddy and volatile, but it cleaned up quickly with air. This is going strong with plenty of cherry fruit and baking spice. I don’t know if this is necessarily better than my last bottles nine years ago but it’s different and delicious.
