  December 2, 2023 - Give it an hour of air and dang this is ready to roll, as the initial barnyard funk blows off (still present, but in balance). Green stemmy nose with clear cab franc character, mineral earth cellar floor but fruit is yet to come. Lighter body than expected, lots of tingling back and forth, leans slightly tart cherry, mercurial (as in shifting, not as in tasting like mercury!). May be bottle variation given some of the prior notes, but this one is beautiful and sharply elegant.
