  December 1, 2023 - Second bottle was far better. Still fairly thin but black cherry and some earthy undertones were present; tannins were well integrated. Color was relatively light and finish medium and consistent. Was far better with food as the acid helped balance the red meat sauces. No need to hold on to the is one; I highly doubt better days are ahead.
