  December 6, 2023 - Lovely with 2 hours of air. Thin, clear ruby/garnet in the glass. Old world nose of wild strawberries and a little ammonia. Red-leaning palate of currant, strawberry, licorice. Medium finish, with some fine, silty tannins. Extraordinarily, dangerously light on its feet for a 14.5%, caveat potator.
