  December 7, 2023 - Typically pale ruby color with clear rim. Very aromatic nose with cedar, tobacco and iron/herbal notes, not a lot of fruit on the nose. Well balanced although the finish comes up short for a wine of this pedigree with still present gripping tannins. Needs food. Will it improve given the lack of fruit?
