Community Tasting Note

  • Brian of Mull Likes this wine: 95 points

December 9, 2023 - Opened for 3 hours. Color is dark garnet. On the nose: Cassis, violets , pepper, plum and iron. On the palate: Cassis, pepper, violets, astringent tannins, cherry pastilles, a bit of tar, tart bitter orange and olive on the finish. Elegant and exceptional. I think it’s still a bit young. If you have the patience wait 5 years. I think there is more to develop in this. Everyone should try to drink an Allemand wine at least once. They are ultra special.
