  December 9, 2023 - Poured through filter into decanter with minimal sediment. Enjoyed over next 3 hours. The wine is mature, but still has soft tannins. Red fruit on the nose with ripe red fruit and cracked pepper on the palate. It is an elegant and enjoyable wine. I would consume in the next 2-3 years.
