  December 10, 2023 - Enjoyed over 3 nights. I think the 2nd night the best. High acid. Medium plus tannin. Very aromatic with Charred green pepper, dried herbs (oregano?) and red and blue fruits. Definitely a cab franc nose despite (I think) it’s only 30%. The remainder is Cab Sauv. Enjoyable on its own but paired nicely with steak on night 2
