  December 15, 2023 - Opened at the Victuals in HK. Decanted immediately upon opening, but enjoyed fairly quickly after.
  
  This was better performing than the bottle I had from the same place the week before. More fresh, and the fruit was more readily forward. An absolutely gorgeous BdM that balances red fruit and floral notes with great structure and acidity - and a hint of Stella magic just adds that effortless quality on the palate.
  
  As with my previous note, I'd drink up if you're lucky enough to have these. That being said, if you find a good bottle, these are wonderful, and was very happy to share with friends.
