  December 22, 2023 - With no decant the wine was just ok just after pouring but after an hour in the glass it was the best wine I have had in a couple of years. So smooth with structure and close to perfection.
  No need to pair it with food, it is awesome to just enjoy it on its own.
  It was still good on the second day.
  I have one more bottle and will wait until next year to open.
