June 12, 2009 - I had this with Filet Mignon against a very nice Syrah and this wine really faired the best with the meat. A great California Cab with a little age on it now. Probably my favorite vintage of Pride. Plum and cherry on the nose and palate, little wood, beautifully balanced, drinking perfectly right now. A little decanting time (1 hour) also helped it show its best.
