  December 22, 2023 - After enjoying a tasting sample of this back in August, I liked it enough to know this required a more detailed look and some food.
  
  Paired with baked stuffed scallops in cheese sauce. Slightly pale, clear lemon color, almost transparent. Perfumed nose: ripe banana, honeydew melon, vanilla and green apple. Rich, rounded mouthfeel and flavors on the palate with acidity to provide balance and finish. Better with food than without. Very nicely done; would purchase again.
