  December 25, 2023 - Dried rose petals, ripe morello cherry, new leather, truffle, and some cardamom undertones. Medium-light-bodied, medium+ acidity. Nicely balanced with structure present; highly aromatic. In a good drinking window for secondary notes, but no rush - at least a decade and probably longer of continued evolution. Really good and an exceptional value.
