  December 22, 2023 - Bright pale gold color. Nose a blend of yellow fruits, lemony citrus, white peach, and some reduction that starts to lessen after 20 minutes or so but remains noticeable as a smoky/mineral tone when drinking. Ripe, juicy and nicely balanced on the palate, with very appealing fruit, greengage plum and enough acid to snap it right into focus on the dry bitter lemon finish.
  
  Excellent as an aperitif, with mild cheeses, or lighter fare.
