Community Tasting Note

  December 25, 2023 - Not a formal note. Double decanted two hours before. Tasted with V, K and S for Christmas with a Marc Colin Encégnières with the appetisers and this one was followed by and HDE Enfer de Passion 2016.
  
  This Sassicaia was still very fresh and young. Resolved tannin and a beautiful raspberry and cherry profiled fruit. Vanilla and spices also present. This was very nice with a very good persistance. 93-94
  
  No rush to drink the next one, good for at least another 10 years, but already drinking nicely.
