  December 25, 2023 - Drank for Christmas banquet dinner. Works ridiculously well with king crab, became a buttery rich sensation together. Very nice NV, showing the typical Krug leesy and oxidative notes of brioche, bruised pears, and cultured butter. Balance is there with high acidity and depth of flavors. No complaints here - this can of course age further, but I always feel the NVs are meant to be drunk whenever the occasion arises unlike the vintage where one needs to be patient.
