  December 28, 2023 - Caramel, overripe apples, nuts, grilled lemons. Lemon, nuts, caramel, oxidized apples. Very long and well balanced. Not my cup of tea, but indeed high quality. Served blind: I went straight to Savagin, Jura from mid ninetees. The best bottle so far. 90
