  December 30, 2023 - Not at all a Cider drinker but after this one I am certainly going to be. Will look for more. It’s a nice accompaniment with a powerful lunch and then only 4.5% alcohol. Apples (surprise) pear, apricot and a strong smell of "a nice" yeast. Nice acidity that goes well with the fruit.
