  December 31, 2023 - Last day of the year, served from magnum with the salmon, with the Lalliardo’s in bonneville. Light lemon color. Sweet apple, citrus, hay, a light nose. Med acidity, med body, med flavor intensity, med alcohol, med finish. Nice acidity, ripe apples, roasted pineapple, citrus, salinity. Very likeable and easy drinking. Rather unique style. A success with the smoked salmon.
