  January 1, 2024 - Yellow-gold. Light haze. Good acidity. Quite floral on nose and palate. Savoury and a touch of salt and bitterness. Good length. Nice texture. A little tannin. There is a roundness here. Medium body. Some light lemon comes in after it warms and has seen air for a while.
