January 1, 2024 - Yellow (maybe even a faint hint of green). Pale. Fresh. Waxy preserved lemons. Lanolin. Spice - vanilla. Long. Richness on nose. Salty. Lovely acid line. Still singing. Tastes pretty young still if anything.... Bulletproof and world class.
