  January 6, 2024 - Drank over the course of two weeks, and it remained steadfast to the end. Presents as merely sweet at first, with date and overripe strawberry flavors, but with due consideration it reveals more complexity. The woodsy, spicy, forest floor character of Pinot Noir is detectable, though ultra subtle. A delicious dessert wine that encourages thought and savoring.
